Detailed Refund Policy
Below is a detailed description of the refund policy for Heli-College Canada Training Inc. as filed with the Private Training Institutions Branch (PTIB) of B.C.'s Ministry of Advanced Education as required by the Private Training Act.
Please note that item 10 below states that regardless of the
requirements of items 1 through 9 (which are dictated by the
Private Training Act), it is the general
policy of Heli-College Canada to return all unused
flight training funds remaining on a student's account should they
withdraw from their course of study. What this means to you, is that
our refund policy is even more favourable
than those prescribed by the Private Training Act.

If an international student delivers a copy of a refusal of
a study permit to the institution, sections 1(a), 1(b), 4,
7, and 8 of this policy apply as if the copy of the refusal
were a notice of withdrawal, unless:
(a)
the international student requests an additional letter of
acceptance for the same program that was the subject of the
refusal of a study permit, or
(b)
